COVID-19 Status: While our campus is engaged in distance learning, the FCS Admissions Office continues to operate remotely. Admissions season for 2021-22 enrollment is now underway, and we welcome your inquiries. COVID-19 has altered some of our admissions practices, but we are here, eager to speak with you, and happy to answer your questions.
FCS's all-inclusive tuition for 2020-21 is:
K thru 4th grade: $21,130
5th and 6th grades: $21,660
7th and 8th grades: $23,440
Tuition and fees for the following year are set by the FCS Board of Trustees each January.
FCS offers modest amounts of financial aid based on relative need. Approximately 40% of FCS families receive aid. To meet the needs of as many families as possible, the maximum grant is 50% of tuition. Supplemental assistance may be available for Quaker families.
FCS uses TADS (Tuition Aid Data Services) to process financial aid applications using secure, encrypted data. TADS works with over 500 independent schools (including a number of Quaker schools) and has customized their formulae to reflect the philosophy and values of our school. Application data submitted to TADS is provided to FCS’ Financial Aid Committee, who makes all final award determinations. The process is confidential throughout.
The deadline for financial aid applications for the 2021-22 school year is Friday, January 15, 2021. Visit TADS to apply.
Enrollment and Re-Enrollment Agreements are offered in the preceding winter, along with offers of financial aid if applicable. To reserve a student's space for the upcoming FCS school year, the Enrollment Agreement must be signed electronically by both parents/guardians and submitted with the non-refundable Enrollment Deposit by the indicated deadline.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the full year's tuition, minus any financial aid offered, unless written notice of withdrawal is received before July 1. Optional tuition insurance is available.
FCS values diversity and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national or ethnic origin. We welcome and celebrate families of all faiths and backgrounds.
