“All grown-ups were once children, but only a few of them remember it.”
Originally from Rome, Cecilia has been living in Maryland for the past 11 years. She joined FCS after teaching art in both public school and nonprofit settings: Thomas G. Pullen Creative & Performing Arts School in Landover and the Homeless Children Playtime Project in D.C. In teaching elementary-age children, Cecilia “rediscovers the joy for small things.” Cecilia enjoys spending time with her baby daughter, reading, camping, and visiting museums in her spare time.
